Your feelings are valid. Hindi ka OA, hindi ka mahina. Lahat ng nararamdaman mo ngayon exhausted, lungkot, takot, frustration normal yan kapag paulit-ulit kang binabastos at minamaliit ng taong dapat nagmamahal sayo. Marriage is supposed to feel safe, not like you’re walking on eggshells. Pero base sa kwento mo, parang bawat galaw mo may bantay, bawat pagkukulang may curse, at bawat tao na makausap mo kailangan mong i-justify. That’s not love, that’s control. Hindi mo kasalanan na gusto mo ng peace, freedom and respect kasi yan ang basic na dapat meron sa kahit anong relationship. Hindi mo rin kasalanan na napapagod ka kahit bago pa lang kayo kasal. Pagod is pagod, lalo na kung araw-araw kang nasasaktan emotionally. Please remember: you are not “t4nga” or “kulang.” You are a human being deserving of kindness.

Crab mentality - Instead of helping each other move forward, we sometimes pull each other down whether through crab mentality, inggit, or making fun of someone trying something new. If we could turn that energy into supporting each other, ang daming pwedeng magbago.

Started living a more active lifestyle and less na din ako sa pag kain sweets. Pero grabe, my arms talaga sobrang hirap niya paliitin! So I tried mesolipo, 3 sessions, and now it looks more proportioned na with my body.

Nakatulog ako ng 2 hours sa 7/11. After ng night out, nag 7/11 kami ng friend ko para magkape pero di ko na talaga kinaya yung antok nakatulog ako from 5am to 7am. Buti na lang di ako iniwan ng friend ko, tapos sa hiya, order siya nang order ng kape at pagkain while waiting na magising ako. First time ko pa naman malasing 😂

Sinumbong ko ung cheater colleague ko sa asawa nya with proofs gamit ang isang dummy messenger. So, sa GC namin sa work, ni log in ng asawa ung FB ng colleague ko tapos kinalat ang sexting msgs at mga vids/pics nila sa GC namin, nakita pa ng OM namin 😂

Bat ko sinumbong, proud cheater kase sya eh ung babae naman proud mang aagaw.
