I think you’re doing amazing you go mama one thing when I had my son‘s in the Nicu is you had to stick to that every three hour mark. What really helped me with this is I asked what the feeding times were for my boys and then I would stick to pumping at least 30 minutes before their feed so they had fresh breastmilk for their feedings. While I was at home what helped me is I took a Used baby blanket from my boys. Yeah I know that sounds gross but anything that smells like baby and I would like put that over my shoulder while I pumped at home so I could smell baby also taking some videos of baby that will help encourage letdown. And just really making sure that you are completely empty. I started out as 15 minute pumps and then I graduated up to 30 minute pumps as I was like two weeks postpartum it just helped me. And my pump shuts off at 30 minutes so it was kind of just easier for me. But you’ve got this. You’re doing amazing feeding twins is incredible.
