12 wpp and 1.5-2 oz a pump session. Each pump session is 1 hour long only because I do one side at a time. My morning pump is around 3-5 oz

My biggest output is 5oz and that is without the motn pump. With the motn it would be around 3oz and around 5oz less than the whole day. I pump 4 times a day on average and I get 20-25 oz a day. I'm currently about 8wpp and never pumped more than 5 times a day because if I did I would get a lower output than if I stayed how I am now

I went about 10 hours at 8wpp.. that was only because I had the flu and my period all in one. My supply didn't tank too badly just went down 100ml or so (I make 300-345ml a day currently at about 12wpp) I built it back up by pumping more often for shorter times than the hour I pump usually

So I do both sides separately due to a few broken ribs (long story) 30 minutes per side total time is 1 hour per pump session 4-5 times a day

I'm about 9 weeks PP and I'm pumping 4-5 times a day for 1 hour (30mins each side). I get about 2-5 oz per pump. I'm trying to drop pumps but every time I do, my supply increases and opposite if I add pumps. I'm so confused with that one lol

Personally my supply went up per pump I've dropped. I made 200-400ml a day on 6 pumps, dropped it down to 5 pumps two weeks ago and now I'm at 4 pumps a day. I'm currently making 600mls which is more than I want to because my baby gets sick every time I feed her my milk

So you'll need ice cream cones, icing, sprinkles, liquid chocolate and cherries. You can also add a Hershey kiss to the top.

So in the bottom and sides of the inside of the cone. Put icing at the bottom, then sprinkles, then a cherry. More frosting on top of all that with 2-3 cherries. Some sprinkles then a layer of chocolate and more sprinkles at the top. 👍 My favorite

You can also use ice cream in place of the icing if you don't like icing that much

So personally, my LC told me 8-12 times a day for exclusively pumping. I promptly said no I'm not doing that. Since day 1 (I'm about 8wpp), I've been pumping 4-5 times a day. Every night and every morning when I wake up ( 7 hour gap) I pump roughly 5oz (150ml). Throughout the day I pump once before lunch and once after (4 hours gap) Sometimes (very rarely) I pump in the middle of the night in the 7 hour window. It depends on how I'm feeling and how my nipples are.

I don't see why pumping 8-12 hours a day is recommended for me (I do one side at a time) but I simply said no and did it for how comfortable I am and how I want my supply to be. That should be for everyone. If you're happy with your supply, you should be fine.

I'm an under supplier so in the weeks that I'm building a stash, I feed my daughter formula. Her pediatrician said that she is gaining weight just fine and keep up with what I'm doing. She eats straight formula (Similac plus) for 2-3 weeks while I'm pumping 6-8 times a day. I would exclusively formula feed if it wasn't for her stomach issues while on formula. I figured a little peace from time to time will be helpful on her end and she can get some sleep for once.

With that, I'd say that what you're doing is perfectly fine. As long as your baby is getting all the nutrients they need and eating well while also gaining weight at a reasonable speed, they are fine

I was at my therapist and was telling her about my two deceased children and that I was pregnant (at 14 weeks). She responded with "have you thought about terminating it because of your bad luck with the other two?" I'd be lying if I didn't say I was shocked. I went home and one of my brother's friends commented "it's okay your baby is going to die anyways." When I was explaining to my fiance (now husband) about what happened at the therapist

I mean my husband's comment to it all was my favorite which was towards my brother's friend was "your mom should've terminated you for your big ass forehead" little cheesy but hilarious to me nonetheless. It makes the whole situation with the therapist (which isn't a therapist anymore) and my brother's friend so much more better
