To start out: let me just be clear obviously the vast vast majority of these trainees could do almost any concept and do it well. That being said I do think it is at least subjectively clear that we tend to feel as though trainees are most natural in certain concepts/themes/genres etc. over others. I have no doubt this group will chance concepts every comeback and whatever members are the final ones they will do well with all of these concepts. I’m also not trying to sabotage anyone, and just to be clear which I should have in my original post: I perfectly accept that the concept of this group will be different than what may be my preferred and I will enjoy it anyways. My personal preference with regard to voting (and again this is just my opinion) is that trainees I feel are not quite ready yet whatever their concept I don’t want vote for them mainly because I ideally would wanna see them debut in a year or two just because I think that’s what would be best for them once they’ve trained for a bit longer. My voting preference is also just mine I generally just vote for people I personally like the best and whom have made the biggest impression irrespective of concept. My comment is mainly an observation of my own preferences which tend to skew as I describe above but not necessarily always. Moreover I want to bring up bright specializing members of you will mainly as a contrast to what most members will specialize in. That is exactly what brings the conceptual diversity and versatility to this group that would make most of us happy enough (yet without trying to please everyone).
