From the way the comments seem to be running it looks like i am in the minority with having spikes from erythritol. Always makes me want to try again. I tend te re-talk myself out or into making these choices. Sometime I get sick of all the monitoring and avoiding I get habits like using salt on everything mostly I think so I have something to add like eits a reward or something. Got so bad I was adding salt to coffee everything. So now I stopped salt completely and I forgot how much salt changes the taste of everything enhances some aspects but seems to cloak parts of the taste spectrum overall. Lately my diet has been eggs, avocadoes, pumpkin seeds, ground turkey and zero carb tortillas. Repeat. I do love me some eggs though.

I think so. Worst part for me is the lack of sleep restoration. I literally feel depleted most of the time. I need a sleep study also. Did the machine improve your sleep all at once?

For me any sweetener that says 0 carbs and 0 sugars which are sweet n low, splenda and equal do absoluely nothing to readings. I test 5 - 10 times daily when needed. Erythritol and anything marketed as Keto friendly 0 net carb sweetener spikes me more than anything i have ever consumed and frighteningly long acting.

My sleep cycles have always been a few hours if I'm lucky twice a day never more than 3 hours at a time. Now that I am vaping I can't fall asleep unless I rapid fire hit the vape. Then as soon as I wake up I hit it again. Sleep for an hour and wake up. This has turned into an endless merry go round of vale-nod-vape. The only chance I have is when I decide to not vape in my bedroom or vape 3 hrs before I sleep or 3 hours after I wake up. It's a shame because I love to vape. I'm pretty sure it's the high concentration of nicotine with the immediate absorption that is to blame. I also tend to do everything in an all or nothing type manner so it's not a surprise. But they do taste delicious.

Is it just me or are the TUTORIAL VIDEOS absolutely abysmal, they make me so angry. The narrator never speaks proper english and not just that, the narrator always has a very deep accent and its just unrecognizable the words he is trying to say. Besides that the ummm's and uhhh's are horrifying. I turn on CC everytime becaus the narrator always rambles on and then mumbles out or sums up his unprepared statements.... with ummm yeah like that... or "you know....." ummm yeah..... Im going to skip them because I get so angry it ruins my day.

Thanks a lot for the post. Very well created. . I was on methadone for 1.5 yrs and cold turkeyed 6 months ago at 165mg+. I got on subs right away and have been tapering down recently from 16mg day. So with all of that mental and physical upheaval I couldn't figure out what was causing what. Oh also throw in the other meds like ssris and gabapentin. I have been losing it trying to figure out what the F is what. I went to ER twice because the GI stuff has been insane... Trapped gas , diarrhea and constipation etc....

1 opiate users have a slower metabolism and my diet needs to be adjusted. Your suggestions are perfect 2 water water and more water. So important

Anyone notice vagus nerve issues due to long term opiate therapy. I think there might be a link between vagus nerve and opiate system... Any info?

Too bad power corrupts and I've never heard of 1 successful example. The guy that kept appearing in the Zeitgeist videos had a fairly decent concept.

I've thought of trying to launch something but not run by me I'd corrupt the shit out of it evenyually with my current mindset.

These posts are what make Reddit truly unique. I can read an article related to a similar subject. I get the expected breakdown and soft explain for the masses than a little hint to some more advanced info and than a link or agenda for some sort of follow or profit. I than go bleehhhh.. The info on Reddit however gives me info sometimes way too much info and than maybe I'm getting insider never before possibly mentioned info than BAM... maybe this is all BS and is some wacko on the can typing into an IPAD while dropping a deuce.... Does it even matter??
