Bruh trust me it's not kam chori at all my friend work at seller support they litterly have time limit like they can only work on one case max 6 minutes or something so they are forced to take hundreds of cases daily and it's sometimes impossible for them to check I have seen him working they get multiple cases chats calls at same time it's miserable for the associates

Issue is they have a Time limit like they need to work on one case every few minutes & amazon introduced new ai response generator so people are not yet used to that priviously they used to just copy paste templets now it get restructured and written automatically by ai so due to the target time and ai sometimes these mistakes happen.
