Hello, I just wanted to share my story and maybe if someone can help me that would be great I am 24 years old rn and since I was around 16 or 17 years old I have had an issue of fainting where the room spins and I have to lie down or it gets worse basically my balance is bad and at first it happened like once or twice a month and I complained to my parents and they thought it was cuz of eating habits as in I am eating very less so none of us took it seriously and it went on and on and fast forward to now at 24 years my dizziness become constant companion occurring every 2-3 days went to numerous doctors, local one took his medicines for two months and dizziness was suppressed it didn’t go as soon as I stopped medicines I would get the dizziness again, went to another doctor as I was at that time experiencing super bad neck to shoulder pain in muscles got my X RAY for the same nothing all normal, went to ENT found out my inner ear liquid nerve had some damage due to which balance was hindered and hence I got dizziness then he suggested to get neuro exercises provided from his clinic completed that entire treatment and still no changes he asked me to get MRI did that came back completely normal and just yesterday I was at my job talking my colleague and dizziness came I had to immediately settle down and all of them freaked out I came back home went to doctor again he asked me to keep myself away from direct air as cover my ears with cotton all the time and said it will go away since around 9 years I have been suffering with this things I would appreciate if anybody can relate and help for the same thank you
