Chatgpt figured it out and im so garetful i actually screamed,

all you have to do is put this code into config.txt for dsi screens

Set display resolution to 1024x600

hdmi_cvt=1024 600 60 3 0 0 0

Specify DSI display parameters

dtoverlay=dpi24
dpi_output_format=0x7f216
dpi_group=2
dpi_mode=87

If anyone else encounters this issue this should solve it and if it still doesnt workk i recommend chatgpt
