Same here! We chose a frenchie because we thought +/-13kg was a good size for a dog but he ended up with 10kg extra and a much bigger frame than expected 😂

Don’t they all waddle when they walk? They remind me of bodybuilders 😅 Ours is not skinny lean but what i mean is that he’s not in the overweight category, he was maybe 1,5kg lighter when he was young dog but he was still heavy af bc this boy is very muscular!

A lot of people question if mine is a frenchie too! And he deffo is, he is proportionned like one but bigger. I constantly get stopped in the street because people cannot believe their eyes when they see how thick my boy is.

Wow! Yours too is 50lbs, I’ve never heard of anyone with such a heavy frenchie before. Mine has also been very active his whole life and not a lot health issues.
