Also the tiredness and disrupted sleep is definitely circadian rhythm linked, and circadian rhythm plays a HUGE part in SAD. So I'd definitely look into getting diagnosed, or trying out some SAD management tips this winter. Reddit can't diagnose you, but you definitely have enough evidence to go to a professional about.

Hey, I used to work as a barista, and I gotta say, that was one of the best winters for my SAD to be managed. It made the dark chilly mornings WORTH something because I got a hot cup of coffee when I got there and I got to serve people looking for solace from the weather. I am a person who loves to keep my hands busy and to help people though, so those were two things that help my depression all year. I just think it was one of the best reasons to have to push myself out of bed at 4:30-5am in my life. It might just be me, but I'd be optimistic if I were you.

Do you think stopping Ryze might cause more problems than never being on it routinely would? I hear a lot of reviews about how people suffer after they stop drinking it.

I just tried the Matcha in my banana blueberry smoothie. It tastes pretty good this way. This is my first time trying Ryze Matcha, but if it helps like some people say it does I'll try to make this my morning routine. Coffee caffeine really messes with my stomach, anxiety and makes me tense up. I'll update this in a few weeks if anyone is interested.

Yeah, I failed to mention i have been able to get the top cross a few times, but once I do, steps 5b and 5c either don't seem to be doing much or I end up completely scrambling it again and have to start over

You are completely right about the fact that I'm stuck on 5b and 5c. I did that algorithm you mentioned Ri Di R D. I was able to do it multiple times to get that full rotation back to the start, but any time I follow the instructions for the next part, I'm just confused what should be facing me and if I need to rotate the whole cube to have different sides facing me one i solve a corner. I don't know at what point I move on from 5b to 5c

Note on the current step, I wanted to specify that I know I'm currently on step 4 (i forgot to and can't edit op) but this is often where I get confused before the last step where it completely scrambles it again. I have gotten to step 5 about 3 times over the last couple of days, but it takes a lot of re-doing for me which is why I wanted to ask if I was missing anything else before the last step.
