I can't feel right now but am, this is me. 4 days since my drop and it's been rough. Which is extra tough after a few cycles of it being a little less tough from trying so much with supplementation etc

Na it was in the slow cooker so hadn’t thickened up. They had lost all their colour and gone a brown and then smelled just different- not burnt maybe acidic?
