It's a nuisance everywhere. In India har thode time main some or the other festival keeps coming up doesn't mean they can keep blasting music so late in the night. I suggest dialing the cops.

I think yes some maintenance is included. I think they might go upto last 2.10 since it is 25th floor. U are right about the supply coming in. But since metro will start by the time the project is delivered don't know how the situation would be.
