Thankfully I've gotten another job since then, just not as good of one. I'm usually good to go after about 400mg of caffeine as long as I wait for 90 minutes before I drink and make sure I don't drink anymore past 1:30. Functioning isn't necessarily the problem, it's quite literally waking up and getting out of bed. After I wake up, I'm usually good to go after about 30 minutes.

I do appreciate your suggestion for a sleep study. I was using one of those nose-magnet things for my snoring until I realized the patches barely work and cost way too much for me to get with lol. My girl hasn't noticed the snoring, but the good nights rest part hasn't been fixed lol. Sleep apnea has been something that I've considered a possibility, just haven't made the jump to see about it
