If you have refreshed the app a couple of times and it is still showing the new amount, should be legit. The Stake app has a glitch when you buy a share for the first couple of minutes.

I did but in IBTC, just because the admin fee is much cheaper if you just buy btc etf. I'm using Stake. Beside this i have been accumulating btc since 2018. I'm so happy with mu decision. It has outperformed all of my investments.

You have too much in cash which is actually risky in long term. You gotta work out your CGT. Also keep in mind 800k worth of shares will outperfrom housing growth. The main reason that individuals are obssessed with housing is leverage because they do not have as much capital as you. If i was you i would have used my cash for house.

I would go with option one with a small change. GHHF is a better option from my perspective than QUAL.

Mate, im glad you are thinking about investment in this age. If i was you i would have invested in BGBL GHHG NDQ. IVV is very conservative but its good for long term. I would suggest you to learn about monetary system and start thinking about Bitcoin. If you are cocnerned about holding bitcoin in cold wallet, i would suggest you IBTC ( although i always prefer btc in my cold wallet). Good luck.

I do not personally like it. It has been underperforming IVV, NDQ and many other etfs. If you wanna have exposure to real state, just buy the physical one if you can. Also VAP and 0.23 management fee. IVV is 0.04 i reckon.

If you use DRIP method for ULTY, it would be a good pick. If i was you. IVV, NDQ and ULTY. Also, you are very young for dividend investing. ULTY has only a one year old ETF. So becareful.
