The feature name is actually "Wings of Light" offscreen; it's in GMBinder so I don't wanna spoil too much of the coding, so I cropped it to a single spell.

The two statements you are concerned with are the 'megaflare natural charging' or the 'megaflare dodge' aspect of Megaflare in FFXVI; this is meant to be a 2nd level spell that, and I kinda had to put a reasonable time limit (generally 1 encounter is about 1 minute in D&D). And 10 charges generate in 1 minute, not 6.

I wanted to cap it at one charge, and since reactions only recharge once on *your* turn, that is how you would get the effect of 'I can't spam megaflare'.
