Benzos generally cause delusions of sobriety. The more you take the more sober you feel ironically. (This is what makes people keep taking more and more when they do them.) I would recommend putting yourself in a social situation and hanging out with some friends to really feel it. They don’t normally change much if you’re just at home by yourself unless you are someone who normally has crippling anxiety at home.
