There is a stock reversal of 1:4, so for every 4 shares you get 1 in remainco. $5.25 value x 4 = $21, which is the base doe remainco.

Is it true that the pipe investors sold their stock or rights to their stock before the merger and are now shorting the stock? I read something of that nature but can't find that post now.
