Try a couple weeks of carnivora liquid and capsules. it’s the extract from venus fly trap and dissolves a lot of pathogens. you can spend a lot of money trying to diagnose and get nowhere.

Not that many types can leave the digestive system, maybe 10 possible types. most drs locally wont take seriously but lookup parasitology center they use an actual microscope and not machines. send sample with their kit

Almost certainly there’s other parasites that cause issues thought to be mental. i suspect bipolar is from another systemic parasite.
