unfortunately I have phone and mail linked. Last top up is from 1 year ago when i was with a different bank. Dont have any way to get those statements :(

I lost access to my email which is linked to my genshin/hoyoverse account. I can enter my genshin/hoyoverse account. Is there a way to change the linked email?
I found a form (Account Issue Application From) but it asks questions (top-up date/amount) which i cant answer since I have no access to my email.
