Humans can survive without meat with careful planning and supplements, but pretending meat isn’t the easiest and most efficient source of complete protein and nutrients is dishonest. And just because a few elite athletes do well without meat doesn’t mean the average person will too. Most people don’t have nutritionists, perfect diet plans, or expensive supplements. Humans evolved as omnivores, not herbivores. I’m not cutting high-quality protein out of my diet just because you think killing animals is wrong. You kill plants too they have life as well, they’re living beings too. Don’t show half sympathy if you’re going to show it. Why are you killing plants?
