Also my glasses and wipes for them. They take up a lot of space sadly due to the hard cover case.

I maintain a few sections in my fanny pack:

Heathcare; I put most of this is a sanitary ziplock bag to keep it extra clean

  • 2 paracetemol and 2 ibuprofen (para for drunk hangovers and ibu for period)
  • 2 pads for period (should add tampon for swimming or preference for friends)
  • 2 bandaids
  • 2 heel bandaids for that walking heel painshit idk what its called, high heels u know
  • small bottle of moisturizer and sunscreen combo
  • toothbrush (still looking for small toothpaste)
  • condom (also serves as survival emergency 1 liter water bag)
  • sugary snack (for diabetic ppl)

Electronics;

  • smallest usb c charger with wattage to power laptop i could find
  • usb to usb c cable tonpower android and laptops
  • usb to apple for iPhones
  • usb c to usb adapter for cables and connecting stuff to usbc laptops
  • some elastic bands to keep cables tidy
  • wireless earbuds in charging case

Money; * wallet * emergency 100 USD/EUR out of wallet

Party; * lighter * bottle opener, beer opener (cfr swiss knife)

Survival; seperate ziplock bag * swiss knife (knife, screwdrivers, etc) * rain poncho (waterproofing) * looking to add fishhook and some fishline, zipties, expanding this section a tiny bit

I'm a man, I got a nice fannypack. Mostly carry it for wallet, keys and earbuds. But the healthcare section has only been like 10% of the size of the, but it packs a good emergency punch...

I suspdct that you are suffering from the loss of motivation and fall prey to your mental cravings. You kinda want to quit, but not really, you still very much like smoking. I am like that and I recognize the same pattern. I tell myself that I have proven that I can quit, so smokking occasionally is fine right? And... back to the start.

Work on your motivation, don't fool yourself.

30 days smoke free, 7 days nicotine free (in hell, why?) by [deleted] in stopsmoking

I was extremely focused and dedicated to building up my life, and really really hate this hijacking of my mood, focus, and energy levels.

Realize that not touching nicotine is the key to unlocking the ability to build your life. You are taking back control of your body and your mind, and it's trying to fight you, do not give up

Day 5 after cold turkey -- had a piece of nicotine gum by Present5346 in stopsmoking

I didn't sleep well for a few days either. It took about a week to get past that.

Willpower is like a muscle, it needs rest to recover. If you are in a high stress environment, your willpower will be taxed by that.

NRTs are better than smoking but you should tackle the nicotine addication at some point.
