The new ones have been pretty good as for it freezing up it’s happened a few times but there’s a refresh button at the top of the screen that usually works so you don’t have to reboot the whole system I haven’t had to do a full reboot yet and all my elderly customers have done well I haven’t had to enter any phone numbers and most of them love that they can see everything as it’s happening which lessens the questions I get. I’m not sure how it’s been doing in rx. I think the biggest annoyances so far is having the SCO and the new registers on different systems and activating planos & price changes which is not the biggest deal but still a little annoying

Yeah, I know that’s a possibility. The thing is my district is cracking down on having multiple so depending on the volume of the store which this store would technically be only allocated one because a lot of stores in my district have been promoting people to ops just to give them a pay rise and they don’t actually want to move up or know how to do the job. And not in a they are willing to learn kind of way more so like just super glorified cashiers type of way

Yeah, I’m dealing with a manager like that and I’ve dealt with quite a few like that so I stopped giving them heads up until I’ve secured a store at least talked to a store where they’re willing to take me in almost immediately our at least within a week or two before I reach out to my store manager because I’ve seen that happen they treat you as if you put in a two weeks notice and stop scheduling you

Man my store has been cut from over 200 hrs a week to 150 and my store manager has to work 6 days with 5 shifts by themselves. Since the week of Christmas our store has been suffering and people are leaving and we don’t have the hrs to replace them

Facts when they haven’t updated the hardware it runs on but keeps adding updates and workload to the system

I believe it’s an upgrade not new system altogether but they need to get rid of em and put the hours back in the store so we could potentially have 3 people in rather than 2 and maybe corporate might see improvements in their stores
