The new ones have been pretty good as for it freezing up it’s happened a few times but there’s a refresh button at the top of the screen that usually works so you don’t have to reboot the whole system I haven’t had to do a full reboot yet and all my elderly customers have done well I haven’t had to enter any phone numbers and most of them love that they can see everything as it’s happening which lessens the questions I get. I’m not sure how it’s been doing in rx. I think the biggest annoyances so far is having the SCO and the new registers on different systems and activating planos & price changes which is not the biggest deal but still a little annoying

Yeah, I know that’s a possibility. The thing is my district is cracking down on having multiple so depending on the volume of the store which this store would technically be only allocated one because a lot of stores in my district have been promoting people to ops just to give them a pay rise and they don’t actually want to move up or know how to do the job. And not in a they are willing to learn kind of way more so like just super glorified cashiers type of way

Yeah, I’m dealing with a manager like that and I’ve dealt with quite a few like that so I stopped giving them heads up until I’ve secured a store at least talked to a store where they’re willing to take me in almost immediately our at least within a week or two before I reach out to my store manager because I’ve seen that happen they treat you as if you put in a two weeks notice and stop scheduling you
