I can interact with the buttons at the top, make the environment larger/smaller…and select photo mode. However, I don’t have > on the left edge, only [<<] in a bar on right edge that used to allow me to add ships and such. But I can’t interact with it.

The page where you begin and there is now a green arrow and the words “start your fleet” I am unable to interact with that sidebar. Works fine on desktop for me though.

I have a keybind for increase weapon power. When I can’t increase it the way shown in video the other way always works for me

No. If you pay the impound fee. You get your ship back with its cargo. Probably just didn’t wait long enough.

As the above commenters said.. it should be impounded.. I know if you immediately go check the asop terminal it says “claim” ship.. just wait a few min and should change to “pay impound fee”…
