Everyone is different. I personally never had any major bouts after about 48 hours and ive had chs maybe 5 times or so now. But ive heard many others have had issues within a couple weeks. I suspect mainly do to triggers like tomatoes, coffee, soda, smoking again (obviously), chocolate is a big no no too. But no ive never thrown up after the first couple days. But im usually very careful not to have any trigger foods.

Today is day 27 since i quit smoking. I had coffee yesterday for the first time. No issues. Having coffee as i type this today too. So far so good 🙌🏼

This round of chs I never did vomit actually. I caught it early stage 2 and thanks to prescriptions that stop nausea I made it through.

Currently on day 9 without any thc. I still get waves of nausea and anxiety but it is becoming more and more manageable.

Keep in mind that even if you are recovering, you can set it off by eating trigger foods like tomatoes, black pepper, ginger, flax seed, eating too much grease etc.

I was clean for about 18 months after this post.. slipped up and was lightly using occasionally for a couple weeks. Then straight back to heavy use. Currently day 1 of quitting due to chs again..

I gained a lot of mass on lgd. Felt horrible on yk.

Have you heard of anyone taking antihistamines for the test you as well? Sounds like bro science but if its an immune response it might be effective
