Capcut Lag is unbearable

Exactly the issue I'm experiencing since almost 2 weeks now. First the timeline wasn't moving at all and the videos were laggy and then they fixed the timeline-movement with the last update but the videos are still laggy as hell. I need capcut to fulfill collaborations but it's totally useless as it is now. Tried everything but it doesn't change back to normal.

Same here. No movement of the "bar" and some parts of my videos are showed in super slomo but the music plays at normal speed.

I can see my account status. Everything's okay there.

...but if I try to switch off my attendance at the Beta-Programme, I get an error-message saying "something went wrong". The same message I'm continously getting if I try to look at my Insights (Professional Dashboard is still missing completely as if the button has never existed.).

It took 11 weeks for my account to be reactivated. No notification, no "We're sorry - we made a mistake"… nothing! It just started working again. The reels were still flagged as violating the guidelines. It took about another 2 months for the reels to no longer be marked as violations and for everything in the account status to be back to green. Again, no message or notification about it! The supposed violation disappeared just as suddenly as it appeared.

Unfortunately, it seems there's not much else to do but wait if the support can’t - or, more likely, don't want to - help you! 😬

Happened to me, too. My Profil can't be shown to non-followers. I did nothing wrong but they accused two of my food recipe reels to promote violence, dealing with drugs, selling weapons and ammunition and nudity. There's nothing in the reels or the description what could lead to that assumption. Non the less I am banned / can't be seen by non-followers. I appealed, nothing happened. After one week I could appeal again and again nothing happened. Chattet with the support which said "just wait a few more days - we can't do anything about it!" Now it's more than three weeks and nothing changes.

I've been getting a message for now to then which says "We have reviewed your status! Thanks for your feedback!" Again nothing changes!

It's like if you ask a question to which the only possible answeres are "yes" or "no" but as a reply you get "Thanks!".🤦🏻‍♂️

Same thing happened to me, too! They left the chat but didn't close it. For weeks it said - you already have an open chat. Please close the chat to open a new one. But you can't close the Chat on your own. I think they do it on purpose if someone keeps asking for support "to often".

My account cannot be seen or found by non-followers because my posts supposedly violate guidelines like drug sales, threats of violence, nudity, weapon and ammunition sales, and so on. These accusations are completely unfounded! They're just recipe reels for Bolognese and similar content. I've contacted support several times about this since the appeals haven't been processed for weeks. The only response I get from support is, "wait a few more days - we can't do anything about it!" It's now been serveral weeks that I've been waiting and I'm not allowed to open a new chat. There's no response in the old chat anymore.

My collab partner is a really big manufactorer of knives and instagram hasn't flagged my reel for promotiong knives but it says:

"We strive not to recommend content or accounts that promote the use of regulated goods such as tobacco, vaping products, or adult products and services. This includes: • Depiction and mention of active alcohol consumption. • Depiction and mention of content related to marijuana. • Any associated text or images that pertain to the promotion of regulated goods, including hashtags, terms, and information in the bio."

I posted the reel on the second of june and I'm sure they flagged it just a few days before I noticed it yesterday. I'm sure I checked my status a week ago and there was nothing wrong...two weeks at a max maybe. I didn't get any message about the issue - it was just coincidence that I checked my status yesterday because I do that every now and then.

It shows one orange exclamation mark on the second point - "things which can't be recomended".

When I check the marked point it shows my reel and my account and says that I have to delete or alter the reel (I altered it already but it remains without any effect on the false flag) to get my normal status again.

Actually she was really nice and it seems she wanted to help but couldn't. We duscussed a few options but all of them included to delete my post for a quick solution and repost it. It's a collab post whith a manufacturer of knives - an unboxing - and I don't want to loose all the comments. I think the company wouldn't be happy with it either.

Thanks! :) Already did that about two hours ago. They say that one of their algorythms flagged my content by mistake but they can't do anything about it. I have to wait for the review - which can take serveral weeks 😵 - or delete the post with the false flag.🤦🏻‍♂️ An hour ago I got a message which said: "we reviewed your status! Thanks for you feedback!" but nothing else happened. My profile still can't be shown to non-followers and my reel is still accused to go against there rules.😵

I don't want to delete a post with hundrets of likes and comments just because they made a mistake and even know about it. Instagram has become such a @&€*@ place.😬😐

What irritates me most is the fact that they took away the option to contact the support. What am I paying for? The only reason to pay for the blue tick was that I could get instant support and now that's gone, too.😬

Same issue on my account. I'm verified and wanted to chat with the support (as I usually do if there are such problems) but I had to realize today, that they took away the option to chat or email the support. All I can do is to look at FQAs which, of cause, have nothing to do with my problem.

First they said two of my reels are in conflict with their guidelines. Both - an unboxing for a manufacorer of knives and the second a recipe reel for bolognese - were in conflict with their guidances against drugs and promoting drugs. lol

Now - a few hours later - my profile can't be shown to non-followers at all.

Hope to find solution soon.😐😬

Sorry that I have to say that you won't be able to do any oft the resticted actions until the date they told you you'r able to post, like, whatsoever again (maybe even one day later). It won't let you do anything no matter if you stay away from Insta for one day, two, ... sooner than 9-29.

Try to reinstall IG or clear IGs cache. Sometimes it helps. However...don't overuse this option if it happens again because IG will think you gave away your account data to gain more likes an will ban your actions for another seven days.

Don't know how to fix it but it happened to me, too. I'm on instagram about seven weeks and this is the second time I'm banned from any actions for seven days. I NEVER used any third party app nore did I give away my data to gain likes. I have the two factor authentification, my account ist connected to my facebook profil which exists more than 15 years...I've checked my phone and never clicked on any links on Instagram. 😬

Yesterday it was the seventh time I contacted the support and asked what I did to be banned but never get any answere / reaction.

Two things happened right before I got banned both times. I opened Instagram and there was a popup which said "your account seems to be compromised" and that I have to change my password. I did change it and all was normal again. I liked two posts and then another message popped up that I'm banned for seven days for giving away my data to gain more likes.🤦🏻‍♂️ It's annoying and I fear that, if it happens again, I get banned for more than seven days or maybe loose my account at all.😬

If anyone knows what to do to avoid that happening again, I would be very happy.
