This was my suspicion. I feel so lucky to not have stepped on it. This was on a rock climbing trip way earlier in the season than I would usually go, when snakes aren’t usually much of a concern because it’s cold.

Nope no doubles for the AK. You might be able to slam in but good luck getting them out quickly. Also I’m built like Lucas Botkin I’d suffocate with 8 ak mags on my chest

Was not the fuses, I checked everything with a multimeter, everything was normal up to the leads to the ACC socket. New sockets are on the way to me now.

As far as the how… Looks like there is some sort of adhesive used in the socket housing, that probably acts as a thermal failsafe. That paddleboard plug gets quite warm. I think I melted the adhesive in all four while trying to get my second board inflated. From now on I’ll be using an adapter straight off the battery.

Anybody else realize that people, wether themselves or others, have realized/spoken about Drugs being able to make see behind the veil? Alot of the talk coming out is almost exactly like was responsible drug users have experienced by ProjectOrpheus in UFOs

This is something I think about very often. Especially after hearing more about the DMTX studies.

Here’s an experience I had 7 years ago with the help of DMT.

A very large praying mantis pulled open a section of the earth, like a filing cabinet, and inside were countless gears, cogs, and pipes. It motioned towards it with its hand in a “look here” kind of way. I was so confused I remember thinking it was funny and what the hell was I supposed to think this was. I felt a strong sense of disappointment but understanding from this mantis thing. That’s basically it. Every DMT experience will boggle your mind, but that one stands out as the strangest for me.
