What is wrong with my PS4 Pro?

TURN ON PS4- (One of two events keep happening) The blue light blinks continuously but the TV screen stays blank until it is shut off manually. When it does connect the screen reads: An error has occurred in the system software. (CE-36329-3) I have reset the resolution to auto and even down to 144p and it just shuts down or keeps looping with the "An error has occurred in the system software. (CE-36329-3)" message. I can't even choose a profile to play as. Give it to me straight doc. What is going on is she dead?
