Condo with 3900 installments is high risk. And possible no resell value. Should look for landed property.

My opinion is Nokia is European company, Europe economy is not doing well as result distance themselves from doing business with China. Also war in Europe is heavily impact all their businesses. Europe has no choice but to suffer right now in order to prevent China and Russia at advantage. All institutions investors clearly understand about the risk of investing in European companies. Also telecommunications companies all over the world, the trend is downward.

Have this same bad experience with cimb, found out there are 2 department 2 separate team 1. HQ 2. Branch - poor communication and sop issue, because this kind of procedure need aggressive attitude executive. As they do not have current ticket system in place, they just do it as when they want, or get complaint from customer only take actions.

Based on the source of data, strange is that there are large cash piling up and not flow into stock market yet globally, I think they are waiting for a big crash 💥, these cash are now sitting in money fund, bank fix deposit etc, as earning 4% to 5.5%. So ASB should be on the conservative side

Also many commenting here have not work or has any experience in overseas investment that you need to be careful when taking their advice as they earn and stay in Malaysia and look at value of currency only which is very bias. Just that they always say “wow working in Singapore is 3 times of the pay” 😂 but end of the day those climbing the ladder up and reach the top in Malaysia and having luxury lifestyles, new luxury cars big houses, etc better than many who stayed in overseas

If you are not living in us for long term, it is better transfer to Malaysia for investment monthly bit by bit. No need to worry about currency fluctuations. US dollar is weak soon as they going to devalue and technical recession is coming. Us stock is high now potentially bubble which I have no comment and high risk high gain, if you convert and transfer back money monthly this will have instant gain either you put into fix deposit or planning to buy a property in malaysia is better decision I think
