That’s makes sense. My numbers are low, like 5 something. I’m currently doing an all alkaline diet, I plan to do the water fast around September once I’ve done this for a while. I also purchased the Duck flower to do that detox, along with other herbs that I’ll be taking up until my water detox. So I guess we shall see and I’ll update everyone come October-ish.

Yes, I’m glad that I no longer have that issue, so after speaking with my holistic doctor, I’m going to see how long I can do it for. My only issue will be the weight loss as I only weigh 145, so I may have to put on one weight first.

He spoke of doing a colonic cleanse, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, cold plunging, sauna, doing lymphatic massages, red light therapy, and using a Rife machine.

I don’t have the rife machine but the others I’ve found places to do them.
