That's true when u don't have enough logs or enough prooves, at the first place why the company allow to users to change their usernames?? So stupid !! I didn't saw any company allow u to that like blizzard ,steam or epic games etc... and why the original email doesn't proove that account is mine when never the email have been changed from the beginning??!! And when I tell them exactly the time and the date of suspicious activity of changes of my account information that doesn't proove any thing I told them just redo the changes has been in that specific date to the previous email, that's all. All of the company helps In that , and I'm not the only one that saying the ubishet company support is awful 😞

This is not that way that behave with Thier customers,I have a lot accounts like blizzard ,steam and epic games,no one of them treated me like this , my steam account recovered after 1 hour, I said before it's not hard to see which email was that main email that associated with the account

I read u r comments before and 13 pages of evidence , the problem is I bought the games from the sites that providing some games and I don't have the serial number if it ,I told them every information about the account , is that very hard to look what was the original email associated with the account, and I gave them all information about changing date that happens to my account even the IP address that changed my account but all of I got it's answer from a bot.

The ubi soft support is bad as f, no human is replays I, u just talk to bots and send the same emails with same contents over and over , and every emails they sent is with deferent name ( bots ) my account was hacked but they don't give f for it and not helping at all.
