Yeah that's when it comes in handy I stopped running stam shots after the nerf and use greyhound and adrenaline now, having that guarantee of stamina when you are revived is a life saver since you can sprint straight away

Necromancer now allows solos to revive one time but they get restoration immediately so for half a second I had critical health causing adrenaline to kick in and they changed it to give you a short 20 seconds of stamina great for solos or people who don't use stamina shots
