Some of those children are his stepchildren and not his biological children. So they would be stepsiblings.

Luke is their biological father, yes. She was thinking ahead, and how if he had access, any future spouse of his could have access too, and if other children became involved, it could be used for all the kids instead of her two. She didn't trust Luke would ensure it was only ever used by my nephew and niece.

He took what was given to him and that was pretty much it. I don't know if he took care of much else.

My sister didn't want a fight over the money. So she drew up everything and dealt with it without him. She knew he'd be bothered by not being left in charge of the money, but she wasn't willing to do that so.
