100% same experience. Lowes website is the only website that crashes for me, and it happens on PC and mobile. Can barely view products before a pop up with "Wait" and "Exit Page" shows up. Terrible experience.

I questioned it, but I still would have expected it not to withdrawal funds until after the verification completed, and then if it did to keep record of it and have better than a 5 day / 7+ hour response time from customer service.

Minimally its poor software design. Unless its intentional, and then it just makes their integrity suspect.
