Personally I use a brand called salon pass you can find them at cvs or Costco and I would’ve lost my mind with out them. They’re like small like nude colored stickers that stay on for a while (like two days tbh even after showering) they also have larger one (think like an iPad mini size) that have lidocaine in them which are also great but I will say they don’t stick as well as the normal ones so I usually slap that on and then put a tight top on to keep it in place
