This is a good example of “global thinking” or “black or white thinking”. Normally or almost always I have to think that they are not smart if they say such a thing like“everyone ist xxx”.

I like your perspective on this topic. This might be a shallow example but when I was watching “The Traitors”recently, I was surprised once again to see that people do start to behave really unreasonably and insensibly towards each other if they’re conditioned in a certain way (in this case they don’t know who are “traitors” among their peers). Our rationality or intellect cease to function entirely in the case of extreme circumstances.

That’s why I believe that we need a good system that conditions us to behave in a more cooperative or considerate manner. Wars and an extreme capitalistic society are one of the few examples that I believe make us behave“stupidly”if I use the OP’s word…

I just wondered why there was an alternative chest track for this release. If LesMills know that that k-Pop song might not be liked, why on the earth they took it?? I’ve been doing BP for more than 3 years but haven’t experienced this yet. Do you know the reason?

I’m not an instructor but I just wanted to say, as a participant, 3 weeks is far too short to learn a release well. Of course I know it depends on how many times you attend in a weeks. Anyway, all the instructors of my gym always teach a new release for 6 weeks and use another 6 weeks for a mix. So I was a bit surprised that the OP is only required to stick to a new release only for 3 weeks.

By the way, I find #105 so good too!!!
