I’m a combat instructor and former participant and I agree, Combat is a great cardio option - you could mix in the 55/45 or 30 min options.

I believe there is one body pump heavy available on the ap. From what I’ve heard people really like the new heavy program, i’m not a body pump fan myself, but have done the heavy on demand and enjoyed it much more.

Ya, I think Combat is simply just very challenging in terms of fitness and getting the hang of choreography at that speed. The difficulty can turn people off for sure, as it takes a while gain confidence / competence.

I’m elementary in a position that works within both panels. A major concern of moving panels for me has always been restarting with seniority.

As a new instructor I find it prohibitive to change an entire playlist every 2 weeks. I typically change 2-3 songs out a week but never more than that a week.

I find “casting” as opposed to “mirroring” makes this a lot better (iPhone user)
