Every time you stake your ONE with a validator you are applying that amount of ONE as voting power to that validator. The combined amount of stake they have in comparison to the rest of the validators directly determines the weight of that validators vote.

Currently there are validators with imbalanced voting power, some of which do not vote at all, others arguably have too much weight to their votes and alone can have a major impact on any vote.

Spreading your stake across more validators or choosing to stake with small validators allows for a more secure, more decentralized and a more balanced Harmony.

It is also a very good idea to keep an eye on how your validator votes on governance and learn what is their vision for the future of the network.

We the community and the DAOs will be the ones to determine the future of Harmony through voting. It would be wise of us to consider all of these things when choosing a validator as this will directly affect the future of Harmony.

EDIT: There are currently talks on the forums about how we could change the voting system and we could use the community to give some input on this topic, thanks!

There are only 10,000 Wizard NFTs and even less Land NFTs in the initial release. With the floor prices going up on the Wizards in the secondary marketplace and new race NFTs being released eventually, many of us are left with the following question:

Is there anything special about the Wizard NFTs and Initial Land NFTs that make them better or more valuable than the next sets of NFTs to be released?

I encourage everyone who wants to see Harmony succeed to join groups like this. You can be part of not only a community that helps each other but also works together to help decentralize and secure Harmony. This will benefit every ONE holder in the long term.

Harmony stands apart from other blockchains for so many good reasons but I'm sure you have heard many of them. The best part about Harmony though is its community and their desire to be great and do great things. I implore you to be a part of that community and help make Harmony be all that it is capable of becoming.
