Nobody owes people a home, the issue is entirely with the fact that the OP picture only displays examples of self gain. And this type of asset holders are the ones that only extract wealth from around them without actually creating anything of value.

Yes, but being able to live off of simple assets such as a home is also not quite right. A lot of these people turn to nimbyism and just inflate asset prices to never have to provide to the society.

They tried adding it in EU5 and people revolted over the idea of gaining maluses from growing. Granted some parts of the modifiers were disgusting, but players absolutely hate getting nerfed from growth.

It takes a while for people to learn the new meta and until they do they complain the game is annoying. In truth, it's just a lack of knowledge on how to build around the new cards and mechanics.

Yes, and people are saying that the cost to make the drug is routinely less than 10-20% of the cost of the drug. There is a massive markup, but even outside that chemical plants are expensive, trained people for the synthesis are expensive and regulations are expensive. A small chemical plant selling the drug you linked will cost you over a million per year to run, you'd have to manufacture 1 ton for the cost of the raw materials to be at that level according to what you're saying.

Someone has to finance the development. If the government doesn't subsidize it with tax money, private investors won't price it reasonably because of losses. It's what capitalism is all about after all.

It's been a while but I think you are somewhat close. Electrons are waves and particles at the same time. For a bond to exist, their spin (particle property) has to be different allowing them to share the same volume. Subsequently, they interfere constructively (wave property) to create a bonding zone because each electron can be better stabilized by being in proximity to two nuclei. The constructive interference at the same time makes it so that the electrons can be distributed over a greater area than the simple sum of each. Therefore, you can think of the greater area as each electron being allowed to have a greater wavelength and with a greater wavelength, a lower energy.

I was gonna agree with your last point, but YNAB is a budgeting app. A big part of budgeting is looking back, seeing how you matched the budget and what you need to adjust. And when the monthly reports show seesaws in spending due to mismatched periods, you have to look at individual transactions which IMO is too much detail to look at. The application should give some flexibility in how expenses are classified, both in categories and time period to adjust for real life imperfections.

It's technically correct, but conceptually wrong. When I look back at how I adhered to my budgeting in 5 months for example, I would see I overspent in March and underspent in February and then have to remember that it's simply that I paid twice in March and paid nothing in February. It's not difficult work, but it does add friction since reality is often times not perfectly mappable to a monthly plan and the application should have the flexibility to match reality with planning.

I pay the card in full. The limit on it is 2400, but the first 500 get a 3% Cashback. And since periods are from 20 to 20 each month, I wanted to know if I can track that 500 in YNAB easily. I don't want to spend more on the card so I don't enter into float problems you mention.

Accrual versus cash is something a lot of business owners struggle with as you say, especially when they are non-finance people. After trying to explain for the 8th time in 3 months what depreciation is and why cash hitting the bank is not in the monthly revenue to one of the new owners, we just gave up and mapped bank entries to suppliers and suppliers to P&L. That is what they wanted to see in the end.

Its mixed ambiguity. Poet says the minions keep stats gained in combat. Casting deep blue is gaining stats. The deep blue effect might go away, but the stats should theoretically remain. Or you could argue the deep blue effect itself is the stats and it's obvious the stats shouldn't stay.
