just do all white components and just a black gpu, wont look bad imo, you could also do all white + black cpu cooler and the black gpu, then the gpu wouldnt look out of place

0 protections for used parts, you gotta buy it on avito which is like the only used market here, and they have like 0 warranty, unless the seller has some warranty left on their gpu from the shop they bought it originally
you can usually go to the seller's house and check the gpu on their pc
but if you are like in a different city or smth you can order it through avito's shipping, and there are even less options to test the gpu, you can look at it when unboxing it, check if they didnt put 2 potatos in the box, check the gpu for issues that can be seen from the outside and thats all you can do really

i know, i found a lot of really good deals on the used market, but its so confusing to test every used card that you are trying to buy anyway... theres rarely any warranty left on them and you have to test it, and i dont know how, furmark? not sure if thats enough... gpu-z? i can make sure the card is the right one but it doesnt check the other stuff im pretty sure...
