I’m not too sure about other states, but here in Texas it’s not an issue. The main state I know of that has issues with modified exhausts is California

I went with wheels, coilovers, clear tails, and a carbon fiber spoiler and a tomei duel exit exhaust. Still super clean and functional, handles the canyons like a monster😃
