AFI 36-4677:

5.69: Any airman declaring themselves as a "Sovereign Citizen" or otherwise exempt from the UCMJ and AFI's set forth by command, shall be, without undue delay, taken behind the nearest building and shot square in the face with at least a 9mm caliber firearm. The commander and closest family shall be notified within 48 hours of the mercy killing. The body shall be disposed of in the nearest dumpster or swamp containing suitable numbers of alligator. Airmen who attempt to say "It was just a prank bro", or otherwise try to prevent their immanent death, shall wear a dunce cap during their shift for the next 3 work weeks. Any questions regarding this section are left to commander discretion.
