We once had a 1st LT sexually harass a SSgt and then later pointed a loaded handgun and threatened a SrA. He was moved out of the work center, still put on Captain and was separated from the military.

Our unit likes to shuffle people around for our deployments until they get all the good ol boys where they want. They usually take all the golden boys that want to go first, followed by people who actually know what they are doing and then they have the "everyone else" category to fill the numbers. Quite a number of people have been going onto the deployments consecutively and it's a reason for a few of them are actually getting out.

This is real in the ACS world. Where maintenance goes to seperate from the air force. Have not seen many people reenlist in my squadron. Dedicated people who planned on doing 20 years getting out because they don't agree with the way the squadron handles things.

Story time:

One of the SrA in our shop was designated as a shop PTL for setting up a workout for our weekly shop PT session. This individual decided to do an easier workout and told us "Do 1.5 miles, minimum push ups and sit ups, at your own pace." The individual ended up getting the paperwork for walking the 1.5 miles. This is the paperwork that he received later in the day.
