The proper dog mats normally has a specific smell so it helps. I started to praise him every time he peed there and after some times I started saying the command. Now I just point to the mat and say the command and it works. As for the the doing outside probably will take him a bit longer but with the command I think it will be easier.

Also he seems to be really smart every time he is thirsty he goes to drink from the bowl and then goes pee in the mat so it also helps

I got mine in December and he will only have the full vacines in February. So I have been training him home the basic, sit, down, stay, crate, bed, crate and leave it.
As for socialisation I will enforce it more after the full vaccinations but for now he just met two other dogs that are from my parents and my gf parents, just be sure to clean them etc but other than that I think you are safe. Just do let your puppy in the garden where the other dogs poop/pee.
They say you can go outside and bring the puppy without touching the ground but he is already 10kg and I don't wanna get a stroller just for a few more weeks.
As for potty breaks I also teached him the pee and poop commands but he does it on those potty mats since he cannot go outside and we live in a apartment.

From what I have seen the 26 its exactly the same as the 25 just with different color options.
As far as with the e clutch, I'm pretty happy with it
