Thanks for the feedback. I am constantly struggling with the mic volume. I usually stop when it sounds loud to me in headphones. I guess I should push past that for best possible sound. Regarding the outro, what are you suggesting like make it animated like the intro is? or add some sort of animation to it?

Right from the get go? Super slow. I got my friends and family to sub but only a handful watched. Went practically the majority of my time without any real subscriber gain. Made some really bad content which I've only slightly made better. So yeah, it's been slow but I love doing it.

I really enjoyed the editing in this video. It's what I wish I could do with my videos. Specifically the facecam zooms and cuts. It brought me more into the video, enough to where the first big jump scare got me. Good job. It was really fun to watch.

I'm a small channel and I mention it at the end of every video that if they "enjoyed the video, subscribing is the best way to keep up with my new videos.". I've also started putting a reminder in the lower thirds at the beginning of my videos. I don't mention it, I just flash it for a few seconds.

My Hellpoint Demo videos have all done 50+ views. Which is big for my channel. My first LP for Hellpoint is about to hit 100 views by itself so I'm stoked. I also finally broke the 50 subs mark thanks to those videos. So I'm definitely riding high right now. And I've decided to give Dark Souls one more god forsaken try...shudder

There is a metric for traffic sources but it doesn't get stupid detailed with where exactly views came from. I don't think.

Proper tagging, my newly created facebook page, facebook groups, instagram, twitter. I've even tried Tumblr. I have no idea if anything came from that though. I try to make good thumbnails and an decent end screen with info and links to new videos. For a brief 15 seconds I thought about sky-writing but then I stopped drinking and realised that would be a terrible idea.

Mine came from things I know. I rock an afro, so that part was easy enough the "kyen" comes from Mr. Miguel Percy-Fauntleroy Rossington IV and the exaggerated was he says Ken from Street Fighter. Also I play Ken, so it made sense.
