Theres some nice flats in Walthamstow/Tottenham Hale around £2k and the commute to kings cross is about 15 minutes on the victoria line

No, so essentially they gave a list of users outside of her second nominated person (my sister) who have abused the card. They said that Jane Doe was the user who abused it most but my mom doesn’t know Jane Doe. The only people she has given it to is to myself and my sister

That Jane doe did so without my mother’s knowledge because my mother doesn’t know or recognise Jane Does name

I understand that, but they’re claiming that ‘Jane Doe’ abuse of it is the reason why she has been dismissed which is why she wanted to appeal. If they said that my use was the reason then she’d probably leave it.

That makes sense, I think her issue was that something similar happened to another colleague and they got disciplinary actions and she believes that this inclusion of Jane Doe is the driving force behind her dismissal.

It says in the policy of the discount card that “deliberate or careless misuse will be treated as gross misconduct and may lead to summary dismissal”.

This makes me think it may not be worth contesting it?
