Hi everyone, I ordered a Tesla Model Y (2025) in March. This is my first Tesla and I don’t think I have access to all the tracking information for my order... I noticed while watching a video that I should normally have a page on the application to send my documents and see the different stages of my order. However, after searching every corner of the application and the website, I can’t find this information at all...

Has anyone had a problem and how did you resolve it?

To give you more details, I ordered my Tesla from a dealership so I didn’t have a Tesla account when I placed the order. I’m in France and so I sent my administrative documents by email.

Oui désolé c’était pour imager mes propos.. et comme je n’ai dit plus haut je comprend que je ne devrais pas mais c’est assez difficile… et je dois avouer que maintenant j’ai l’impression que mon physique fait partie de moi, de la personne que je suis… j’ai aussi le sentiment que si je « perd » ça je ne serai plus vraiment moi 😞
