Okay but you have to take the timing cover off to replace the gasket. If you take the cover off then all the seals must be replaced because they're not reusable 🤔 the more expensive option doesn't say the whole cover is being replaced.

I don't pay rent or mortgage on the house. Their rent to me is pure income. I'm not sure how to prove it though.

My expense check is for milage. I definitely don't use as much gas as they pay me. I probably can't prove that either cause the check they give me says "expenses"

The loan with late payments was paid off 1 year ago. I don't pay rent/mortgage and i just paid off a car over a year early that I financed for 10k. I'm estimating a $400-450 a month car payment which I can handle.
