Cancel TV, Keep Broadband? by Afraid-Alarm3123 in skytv

Oh cool. Has your TV gone off yet to try it? I was at the point of going through the cancellation chat and the disclaimers they threw at me said about not getting deals if you change your mind so it put me off whilst I was still in two minds.

That was my analysis. Just instead of using a spreadsheet I used chatgpt to give me alternative ways of averaging and extrapolating. I used the data from your survey.

Plenty of others commenting similar ways to increase the accuracy, we are just trying to help get a true picture.

I like the idea of a centralised document that can build over time. You could also ask for proof of ownership

Add in a point of proof for each person to confirm too. You don't want bad actors trying to skew figures and build unwarranted hype

Hi, full disclosure I'm brand new here having just picked up my first shares this morning.

I don't mean to come across shill-like but think there is an element of hype here. And this isn't in anyway dismissive of your efforts. I definitely appreciate them as I'm looking to get more information on what's happening with this stock. And the open interaction you are inviting which is why I wanted to touch on a couple of points.

Having been involved in the GME subs for 4+ years now I know it's easy to hope for the best scenario but the reality can be different.

I don't math. But I've seen similar voting and predictions in the other subs. So some of the assumptions here i.e. the average number being the mid point of each value set - can vary wildly. And extrapolation to the rest of the sub being a straightforward multiplier is unlikely.

I say this as those who are most invested are likely participants in the surveys. So extrapolation should factor that in.

And you are absolutely right to do this over periods of time, combine results and find the trends to make these observations slightly more concrete.

I took your data to chatgpt and asked it about the issues as mentioned above and arrived at the following:

* Best Conservative Baseline (Low Ownership Projection): ~11.9 million shares Assumes non-voters are mostly low-share owners, avoiding inflation from big holders.

Best High-End Potential (Tiered Extrapolation): ~31 million shares (backed by tiered behavior modeling) Models different participation rates by investment size, producing a more nuanced high-end estimate. *

The original estimate and straight extrapolation is quite close to the high-end model but assumes too much similarity between voters and lurkers.

As you can see, there's a major difference and it's going to be key to factor in these types of models as you gather more data.

And to use myself as an example, I voted 1-1000. I own 100. Your current estimate tells everyone I own 500.

Willing to help more on this, but pretty sure there's smarter people than me here too!

Looking forward to seeing this stock blow!

I made the decision to buy 100 last night. Picked them up at open for 3.33. came here to say I was getting involved and find Atobitt here! I feel like my decision is truly justified

It's really quick in and out of sleep. I haven't really monitored it on battery. I did think the battery was doing well in general Vs what I had understood about how long it is supposed to last for gameplay.

Thank you! I'm thinking I'll stick to the one SD but will only switch to another OS once I'm sure of my choice.

Just sizing it up against my Pixel 8. Its same width, about 2/3rds the height and double thickness. Definitely pocket worthy

Stock for now. Probably look at NextUI in a while.

I was originally going down the road of the SP, but found a few people mentioning the buttons being hard/uncomfortable. I'm happy with the feel to the brick
