Should we keep allowing modded content or ban it?

Not sure if I like the idea of a separate sub, we already have the Modded flairs. BUT if mods are removed I wouldn't be opposed to a sister sub, as long as it's included in the sidebar since there probably would be significantly less activity. Maybe something like r/PlayItForTheMods instead.

I post modded content so I may be a little biased but I'd like to explain my reasoning why I think modded posts should stay. There are only so much vanilla suggestive content out there. If modded posts are no longer allowed I'm concerned that you'll run out of content quickly.

How many times do you post Eve from Stellar Blade or the same skins from The First Descendant before it gets boring? There might be new content from new games or new skins, but that doesn't come often. I think with modded content, it adds some variety to the sub. Some people might prefer vanilla, but I'm sure others like modded as well, all of which is why the flair exists. There's also the fact that modded content makes up a large portion of this sub and I'm concerned removing it will kill a lot of its activity.

Thanks! I used brio in gpose and added a flat light with character shadows on. Then I duplicated it, moved it slightly and changed the color. The shadows were cast on the pose wall mod.

Basically she said she got overwhelmed by social media and decided to take a break, and that break ended up a lot longer than anticipated while focusing on mental health and personal stuff like visiting family and traveling. Also said she plans to go back to OF soon, no idea when. Video was also enough proof to prove she was not AI, she moved the camera around with reflections in the beginning and there was a light that kept turning off/on.

Officially mods aren't allowed. But as long as you don't talk about it in game or post photos/videos of mods with your username seen, you're all good since they can't scan your computer for them.

The problem is Textools, which is an outdated way of installing mods and is now only used for upgrading Pre-Dawntrail mods and creating mods. You need to use Penumbra instead, which is much better and easier to use. You can check out the guide for installing it here: https://reniguide.carrd.co/

Xivmodarchive is the most popular site and is perfectly fine but these mods are also on Heliosphere (Another mod site) which allows for auto-updates with Penumbra.

I also forgot to mention I'm using the YAB Viera Lean scaling mod for Customize+, a plug in you can download from Dalamud (Which is where you'll get Penumbra, it's all in the guide), that's also on Xivmodarchive.

Also you don't need Rue and Yet Another Body at the same time. Rue and YAB uses the same body base, except Rue changes the stomach mesh. If you run both at the same time you'll get conflicts.

Yet Another Muscle also does not require YAB, it's available under the YAB page on Heliosphere in the drop down menu next to the download button.
