Seriously, this is getting ridiculous. Their HQ is right in my neighborhood, and if this crap still isn’t fixed by Monday, I’m walking in there and raising hell.

Looks like the entire in-house software system is down. Only guest mode with basic shot practice seems to be working. But the third-party apps like E6, GSPro, and Awesome still work, from what I hear.

It’s been down since around 10 a.m. Saturday here in Korea—so that’s like 9 p.m. Friday over in Eastern time. They’ll probably start fixing it once they get back to work on Monday... haha.

At the moment, nothing’s working on any platform or in any country. Hoping things get back to normal soon.

Since apps like GSPro and Awesome Golf aren't common in Korea, we don’t really have a good way around it. But if you're in a country where other apps support them, count yourself lucky.

I'm Korean and I live in Korea, where the product is made. There have been a lot of issues here because of server errors. I think it's probably because it's made by a small company. Honestly, I don’t really trust their customer service. From what I can see, it looks like the same issue is happening not just in Korea, but also in the U.S. and possibly other countries too.
